From puberty to pregnancy and illness, natural biological changes in women are often overlooked and met with shame, rather than approached as matters requiring knowledge and care. This file seeks to break that silence, asking a simple question: how does what is natural become taboo, and why is women’s knowledge of their own bodies still shaped by social and economic conditions rather than recognised as a basic right?"
