Terms and Conditions of Use

Thank you for reading the Terms and Conditions of use of Jummar’s platforms. These terms apply to all Jummar websites and services, regardless of how they are accessed — whether via the internet through jummar.media, mobile devices, RSS services, social media platforms, or otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Jummar Website” refers to the digital information network operated by Al-Jisr Non-Profit Company, or its representatives or affiliated entities (collectively referred to as “Jummar”), regardless of how you access it. By accessing the network — whether through the Jummar website, our social media pages, or third-party platforms — you agree, without limitation or condition, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The purpose of this page is to comply with applicable laws in Germany, where Jummar is registered, and to define for readers and users the activities and behaviours considered unacceptable use of the service/website, in order to protect the integrity of our network and outline the consequences of engaging in prohibited activities.

This page contains legal obligations that you are expected to be aware of. We encourage you to read it carefully and to contact us at info@jummar.media if you have any questions.

Jummar respects the rights of its readers and users to freedom of expression, access to information, human rights, and freedom of religion, belief, and opinion. We undertake not to interfere with these rights unless they are exercised for unlawful purposes, used to harm others, or threaten the safety of our network.
